Now let me tell you my experience with InLiven - first I was expecting a cream colored drink because that's normally how you find probiotics. This is a nice earthy green color that makes you feel healthy just looking at it. The flavor is fresh and earthy as well. I like the flavor and just add it to water.
I have actually noticed a meal replacement effect when I take InLiven. I can have a glass around lunchtime and make it all day until dinner without eating more than some fruit or veggies for snack. Miessence makes no claims of InLiven being used as a meal replacement - that is my personal experience.
