Wishbone ~ DVD ~ GIVEAWAY!!! ~ Ends 3/4

What's the story Wishbone?

Wishbone is a favorite of mine from back in the day. Juju had never heard of Wishbone so I was excited to sit down and watch it with him. He really enjoyed it. We watched all the episodes and then discussed the classic stories they portrayed. It's one he asks to watch over again.

Wishbone is smart and entertaining. I'm glad they re-released this classic kids show.

Includes the episodes:

Wishbone: Hot Diggity Dawg (2004)

Wishbone: Hunchdog of Notre Dame (2004)

Wishbone: The Impawssible Dream

Wishbone: Paw Prints of Thieves

Wishbone: Hot Diggity Dawg

A strange discovery in the yard of a neighbor leads Wishbone on a literary journey into the Jules Verne classic Journey to the Center of the Earth in this adventure featuring the page-flipping pooch as he digs his deepest hole yet. It's a long trip to the center of the planet, when Wishbone and his owner Joe attempt to discover just what it was that was buried in the nearby yard, Wishbone is transported into a wondrous world of giant monsters and raging waters.

Wishbone: Hunchdog of Notre Dame

Escape danger as Wishbone rescues maidens and defeats his evil master. This clever pup with a nose for adventure will delight and inspire the whole family. In 15th century France, a gypsy girl is framed for murder by the infatuated Chief Justice, and only the deformed bellringer of Notre Dame Cathedral can save her.

Wishbone: The Impawssible Dream

A dream to make history on the basketball court finds Wishbone befriending an ambitious knight errant in this children's video that asks if dreams really can come true. With the odds stacked against him, Joe decides to try and realize his dream of making it into the Encyclopedia of World Records by making the most free throws ever recorded. As Joe does his best to make his dream become a reality, Wishbone is transformed into Sancho Panza and transported to the land of Don Quixote. With the icon of idealism attempting to win his kingdom, and Joe stepping onto the basketball court, dreams of greatness drive both to accomplish their goals despite the seemingly insurmountable odds.

Wishbone: Paw Prints of Thieves

From HIT Entertainment, this entry in the light-hearted children's series Wishbone finds the loveable pup in a retelling of the story of Robin Hood. Using Joe's controversial generosity at school as a jumping off point, Wishbone: Paw Prints of Thieves proceeds to follow Wishbone as he imagines himself in Sherwood Forest on an adventures that parallels Joe's struggles and school.
