Holiday Gift Guide : Renee & Jeremy New CD Release C'mon 2 winners!!

I am so excited about sharing this with you all :) Almost a year ago, my very first giveaway was for 2 copies of It's a big world. Here I am now to share with you Renee & Jeremy's new release C'mon!
