I'm a label reader - you probably don't want to go to the store with me- well, not if you're in a hurry anyway! I'm looking for healthy ingredients, lack of bad ones, and checking on the gluten status. Smarty Pants Gummy Vitamins has a pretty great label. An All-In-One multi that contains an eco-friendly sourced DHA Omega 3's.

My favorite part of this vitamin formula, is that the vitamin B12 is in it's best form - methylcobalamin. The most commonly used form of B12 is the synthetic form cyanocobalamin. In the body it is converted to the physiological forms, methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, leaving behind cyanide, although in minimal concentration. Regardless of how much it leaves, I DON'T want to ingest ANY cyanide - do you? This is one thing I always look for in a vitamin. I'm so excited that Smarty Pants contains the non toxic form!!! Most seemingly high quality vitamins contain the bad form - I'm so impressed!
And the flavor - yum. Could be a candy. Kids love em - heck, I love them! Sweetened with organic cane sugar :)
So in my opinion Smarty Pants is a very good all-in-one multi for your little ones. I mean very good.
