It was only in 1860 that Nice ceased to belong to the kingdom of Sardinia. In the 18th century some English people acquired detached houses in this town. Years later they proposed the opening of a promenade in the Bay of Angels. The annual Carnival procession takes place in the “prom”. In summer anyone can sit in its blue chairs.
No séc.
