A Customer Service Fable. For anyone who has ever worked in public service, you're familiar with the stress that comes with it. You're also probably familiar with that stress affecting people in your life. It can crush your spirit.
This is a story of Olivia, a customer service rep who is so stressed out with work that her spirit is nearly crushed and it's affecting not only her, but her performance at work, & her home life. That all starts to change when she meets Isabel, who teaches her survival skills for working in customer service.
This story contains usable techniques for coping with stress, building team spirit and adopting an overall positive attitude in your every day life. Filled with easy to use & remember "Ah" moments and when things get to hard, just have a SODA... but you'll have to read the book to find out just what I'm talking about :)
This book teaches you that people are the most important thing. Both you and your customers.
