The Muslims conquerors incorporated India into their empire until the English domain. The two communities separated geographically at Independence creating Pakistan and the Indian Union. The American Edwin Lord Weeks (1849-1903) traveled through Persia and India and left his important testimony about local customs and lifestyle of the leaders.
